If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, they will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Australia Post do not have a tracking number.
Refund and Returns Policy
The Australian Consumer Law sets out consumer rights that are called consumer guarantees. These include customer rights to a repair, replacement or refund. The Aussie Storm Shop business operates within terms of the consumer guarantee and states they are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem such as:
Being unsafe, is significantly different from the sample or description, does not do what was advertised it would.
Aussie Storm Shop Refund Policy
They offer an additional refund policy which lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, they will not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any consumable items that have been used (for example filter & fluoride elements) will not be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. They also do not accept products that are intimate such as sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items include Gift cards, Downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, you must include a receipt or proof of purchase and send it to Aussie Storm Shop and NOT direct to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will notify you by email to say they have received the item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, they will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
