Ordering is on the website and is very much the standard style of ordering where you add items to your shopping basket and then when you have done proceed to checkout. If your order is over 100 dollars shipping is calculated as free. All the major credit cards are accepted of course.

It should be noted that Guerrilla Survival are a online distribution and wholesale company only with no shop front and so do not accommodate pickups.

For any queries, returns etc. they prefer to be contacted via e-mail and will generally get back to you within a maximum of 12 hours, usually a lot less.

Their Business Address is:
Guerrilla Survival
Unit , 3 Helles Avenue, Moorebank,
NSW, 2170 Australia
Email address is:

Orders over 100 shipping free.

Guerrilla Survival offers free shipping for orders over $100.00 and this applies to anywhere in Australia regardless of where you are. Regardless of whether you are in Metro Sydney, or the Outback of WA, If your order is worth $100 or more (GST inclusive) their system will choose a freight solution to be applied to your order free of charge. If you would prefer to ship with another provider, however you can but you will not get the free shipping option.

All of their packaging and dispatch is handled by Niccent Logistics. They also use multiple couriers as part of keeping the shipping costs down. Carriers include: Auspost, Auspost Express, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers. All shipping prices are calculated when you checkout based on your location, and the weight/size of the items you are ordering.

The only way to find out the shipping cost however is to add the items to cart and start the checking out process. Or you can use their shipping estimator in the shopping cart. The shipping estimator is located below the items in the shopping cart. Enter your post code and click the estimate button to use. You can check prices and shipping costs without having to commit to placing an order this way.

Shipping deliveries take place from Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), not including public holidays. And you will find, when you order, the delivery time is available next to each delivery option listed for your order. You probably need to make an allowance of one day to the timeframes given to allow the preparation of the order prior to shipping. Having said that Guerrilla claim to be able to ship the same day if ordered before 11am.

if you believe you have received defective or damaged products you may return them within 1 year for replacement. You will need to email them first before sending the good back however.

Conclusion Apart from a few spelling and grammatical errors on the site, it is easy to browse and use and easy to find things.

Checking feedback there are no negative comments noted but some positive comments. Being a small business it is easy to call and quite likely talk to one of the owners of the business. This seems like a good smooth business with a big interest in providing a disaster survival service to the community in Australia.

If you have any feedback on the company please feel free to leave it on the feedback page.
